HomeKOG are a newly established brand, specialising in Boiler, Heat Pump and Solar installations. The owners previously ran a Yorkshire-based boiler installation business, that installed over 15,000 boilers. They needed a website for their new brand, to generate a high volume of leads and maximise conversions.

Our Solution
To begin with, we created a bespoke design from scratch. The client opted for a green colour scheme, because it links with the eco-friendly nature of their business. They install efficient energy systems that offset carbon emissions, often referred to as “green energy”.
The hero sections of the website feature statistics, such as “60% Of your energy bill is typically spent on heating and hot water”. These help educate customers, so they feel well informed before purchasing a new energy system.
The client offers a variety of boiler cover packages, customers can pay monthly or annually for cover. We coded a custom WordPress plugin for the client, that enables them to sell Boiler Cover through the website. Customers can choose a plan, call-out-fee and payment schedule, then proceed to checkout. There’s a custom checkout that connnects with the GoCardless API, and lets them setup a direct debit online. This eliminates any manual admin work for the client, saving them valuable time.
The site was built with a long-term SEO strategy in mind, so we created professional blog templates. The client will be able to publish regular content such as boiler reviews, and drive traffic to the site. We coded in dynamic “call to action” sections on each blog post. For example, if you’re viewing a boiler blog post, it will prompt you to get a boiler quote.
Our final product is a vibrant and professional website, that stands out against their competitors. It will support their ambitions as a nationwide installer, and generate leads around the clock.
